Testimonials

I came to Jane with an injured SI; I could barely walk or drive.  I'm very active and this injury stopped me in my tracks.  Jane focused on my SI for quite awhile during my massage.  After my hour I left almost completely pain free and was able to continue my busy day.  Jane also showed me how to keep healing.  Within 24 hours I was able to be as active as I was before my injury.  Massage therapy is now a part of my life. -Lyn

Maintaining my health is vitally important to me.  I include massage therapy as a good proactive health habit as much as exercise and healthy foods.  Jane is such a warm person with excellent massage therapy skills that I feel both relaxed and invigorated after her work. - Julia

Jane helped me recover following a knee replacement. She has been able to keep my joints comfortable from the effects of arthritis. I have been going to Jane for about 4 years and I am always anxious for my monthly massage.  She is great.  - Nancy

Jane has earned my respect as an expert in her field.  She is simply extraordinary both personally and professionally.  She has my five star recommendation. -Ann

Jane is very professional and sensitive to her clients, customizing her services to the specific needs and wishes of each of them. I always feel so good after a massage with her. -Kristy

In the 5+ years that I've been going to Jane, I have never failed to walk out refreshed - both in body and mind - because she gives such wonderful massages.  Jane's whole body massages (feet, legs, back, neck, arms, hands, shoulders) are heavenly, but she will also concentrate on my trouble-spots as necessary. I highly recommend her hour-long massages.  -Shirley

I have worked with some wonderful massage therapists over the past 20 years, but Jane is the best! - Pat

I have gone to other therapists, and they were good, but Jane is exceptional. Plus, she is very personable and professional. Jane has relieved the pain in my shoulders and neck due to frozen shoulders as well as my other trouble spots.  Jane really cares about her clients and wants to see them feeling better.  I highly recommend her massages. -Jeri

I made the mistake of getting off my motorcycle before it had stopped...we were still going about 70mph...while I was relatively unhurt, my whole body was hurting.  My son suggested massage therapy to get feeling better so I made an appointment with Jane.  I think Jane was somewhat taken aback with the amount of bruising (from my ankles to my head), she did a great job with the massage, being careful not to hurt me more.  Once done, my entire body no longer hurt - just the specific spots, such as my cracked rib.  I felt MUCH better!  -Tim

Jane gives an amazing deep tissue massage and I am so happy I have found her.  She is not only very talented, but a warm and welcoming lady. -Carrie Rezabek, Founder and CEO of Pure Barre

Jane helped me through some serious inflammation in my trapezius muscle.  Thanks to Jane, no more trap pain but I still come back monthly for "maintenance" appointments to get relief from general pain and tension that comes with an active lifestyle (and getting old).  Jane is an amazing massage therapist and a wonderful person and I highly recommend her!  -Joe

I wanted to stop using the "just getting old" excuse for those body aches & pains and I started getting deep tissue massages from Jane. She has "the touch" and is able to find the problem areas in my back and legs that are tight and need to be worked. She is very professional and made me feel at ease from the first visit. She has suggested specific exercises to help me improve my strength and flexibility. Her therapeutic skills are a valuable addition to improving the quality of my health.  I have added her to my team of health care professionals. -Jim

I have known Jane Hopkins for many years as both a Pilates and a massage client.  I found her to be very professional and knowledgeable in both areas.  As a Pilates instructor, she was always very aware of any limitations that I had, but at the same time, pushed me so that I would gain strength to get healthier.  I felt like she knew a variety of exercises that would challenge me, and she was always conscious of areas in which I needed to improve. -Nancyanna

I am writing on behalf of Jane Hopkins.  I have been working with her for many years.  She has been extremely helpful in relieving the pain in my neck and shoulders that I suffer from a spinal cord injury.  She is professional, always cheerful, and very skilled. She listens to what my needs are and being a quadriplegic, it is important to have someone who understands my condition and is able to accommodate me effectively and safely.  - Valerie

A few years ago I was in an auto accident with resulting neck/spine/jaw, etc. injuries.  Jane is an excellent therapist; her techniques allow me to completely relax and trust in her.  That is a difficult comfort level for me to reach with someone, but as Jane works on me, her hands find the problem areas, and the tension and pain just melt away.  Massage therapy is a very important part of my continued maintenance, and Jane is a gem.  I’m glad I found her! - Marianne

Approximately 2 years ago a back surgeon, after examining my MRI, suggested that in order to forestall spinal surgery that I go to physical therapy and supervised exercise.  Jane Hopkins supervised my massage therapy and workouts from day one.  I have not had surgery...and I still play golf 1-2/week.  Jane is very knowledgeable, skillful, empathetic and committed to my progress.  I would highly recommend Jane to any prospective employer and any potential patient.  I do not say this casually. - Phill
